I saw the doctor on Friday and I've lost 20 more pounds! So, now I've lost a total of 90 pounds in the past year! Losing weight has especially been a struggle the past 4 or 5 months. I hope to continue down this path although the weight loss has slowed a lot since the beginning. I walk a mile every day at work for my lunch break. Walking five days a week aids in my weight loss and helps me clear my mind and stretch my legs from sitting at my desk for so many hours.
