Christopher has always liked organization, in fact, when he was younger to the point of obsession. When he was very young he collected dinosaurs. His dinosaurs were always sorted and in order. They were usually sorted by “meat eaters” and “leaf eaters”. If you put a “meat eater” with a “leaf eater” you’d better be prepared to move it back because once he noticed they were out of order he would move it right away! Look at how many toy animals he had in that photo! He also liked to organize and sort cards. He would fill the entire living room floor with cards until we couldn’t walk in it any more.

When we got a little older he started collecting baseball cards. Every once in a while he would take all of his cards out of the box and start sorting them. Sometimes he would sort by team, other times by the player’s position, other times by stats, etc. There would be piles and piles of baseball cards on the living room floor, each sorted and in perfect order. As he got older he spent less time with his baseball cards and more time in school and with friends.
Well, the other day I found him in his room, sitting on the floor, with piles of baseball cards all around him. I felt like I was having a flashback to his childhood! Christopher and his friend Josh have decided to get all their cards in order to see if they have any that are worth selling. I’ve really enjoyed watching him again. Sometimes I really miss my children when they were little. The years go by so quickly and before you know it they're getting ready to go on a mission!

I remember that! He used to even have the dinosaurs in a line and some would be going up the dresser stuck in the handles:) He was so funny!
Talk about OCD! Of course, I can't talk I have plenty of OCD issues.
Very funny!
